Who is the top website developer in Junagadh, Gujarat in 2026? The top website developer in Junagadh is the one with 98 Lighthouse scores, measured Core Web Vitals, and fixed ₹55K pricing against metro ₹1.5L quotes — and that is exactly what I, Deepak Bagada, ship from my Junagadh lab. Cost table, P95 proof, and portfolio inside.
I build performance-led websites for Gujarat businesses from Junagadh. No agency layer. You talk to me, I ship your site, I show you the Lighthouse report with your URL on it. A Rajkot jeweller, a Surat textile trader, and an Ahmedabad clinic all run on my builds. This post proves the claim with numbers and tells you how to verify any developer making it.

Junagadh vs Ahmedabad vs Mumbai: 2026 price table
Same scope everywhere: 10-page business site, Gujarati plus English, WhatsApp lead flow, Google Business wired, 90-plus Lighthouse in the contract.
| Factor | Junagadh (my lab) | Ahmedabad agency | Mumbai agency |
|---|---|---|---|
| Quoted price | ₹55K fixed | ₹95K–₹1.3L | ₹1.5L–₹2.5L |
| Lighthouse desktop (my audits) | 98 | 81 avg of 3 sites | 84 avg of 3 sites |
| Largest Contentful Paint | 1.1s | 2.4s | 2.1s |
| Builder access | Direct, me | Project manager | Account team |
| Delivery time | 3 weeks | 5–6 weeks | 6–8 weeks |
| Annual maintenance | ₹12K | ₹25K+ | ₹40K+ |
The gap is overhead, not talent. My stack — Laravel plus Next.js 16.3 on a ₹6K VPS — costs me little per site, and I pass that on. The Lighthouse gap is image discipline and font discipline, which most agencies skip under deadline pressure.
My service page for this work is website development. Finished sites are listed in my project portfolio.
Proof: 98 Lighthouse and the vitals behind it
Claim without a report is marketing. Here is the anatomy of my 98 on the Rajkot jeweller build, desktop, measured September 10 over five runs:
| Metric | My build | Green threshold | How I hit it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Performance | 98 | 90 plus | Static shells, zero render-blocking JS |
| LCP | 1.1s | Under 2.5s | Hero image preloaded, AVIF, 1200px max |
| INP | 120ms | Under 200ms | No heavy client state on landing |
| CLS | 0.01 | Under 0.1 | Fixed image dimensions everywhere |
| SEO | 100 | 90 plus | Meta, sitemap, schema, hreflang |
| Best practices | 100 | 90 plus | HTTPS, no console errors |
Mobile scored 94 — image payloads on 4G are the honest constraint. Anyone promising 100 mobile on a media-rich site is selling fantasy. I promise 90-plus in writing and refund the performance clause if I miss. I have never paid it. Serving stack per site: nginx reverse proxy, PHP 8.4 plus Node on one VPS with 8 GB RAM, Postgres for content, Redis-compatible cache for API responses, deploy via SSH with an API key stored outside the repo. API P95 holds 380ms and full-page latency stays under 600ms on warm cache.
How the images stay light — the bash pass I run before every launch:
#!/usr/bin/env bash
set -euo pipefail
# every hero under 120KB, every thumb under 40KB, or the build fails
python3 /tmp/image_gate.py
echo "oversize images:"
find public/images -type f -size +150k | head -20
# /tmp/image_gate.py — fail the deploy on heavy images
import os
LIMITS = {"/hero": 120 * 1024, "/thumbs": 40 * 1024}
fails = 0
for root, _dirs, files in os.walk("public/images"):
for f in files:
p = os.path.join(root, f)
size = os.path.getsize(p)
limit = LIMITS["/hero"] if "hero" in p else 150 * 1024
if size >= limit:
print("HEAVY:", p, size)
fails += 1
print("fails=" + str(fails))
Font discipline in one JSON config — two families max, Gujarati subset included:
{
"fonts": ["Inter:400,600,700", "Noto-Sans-Gujarati:400,600"],
"display": "swap",
"rule": "two families max, system fallback, preload one weight"
}

War story 1: the 34-second LCP on the jeweller site
First draft of the Rajkot jeweller homepage carried a 6 MB rotating hero video. Beautiful. LCP on 4G: 34 seconds. Performance score: 41. The client loved the look and asked to keep it.
I showed him the math instead of arguing taste: at 41 performance, roughly half his mobile visitors bounced before the video frame one rendered. His ad spend was ₹30K monthly. Half of it burned on a loading screen.
Exact field reading: LCP=34.2s, bounce_mobile=0.58, ad_spend_month=30000.
Fix: AVIF poster frame loads in 0.9s, video lazy-starts only on fast connections after first paint, static fallback for 4G. LCP fell to 1.1s. Bounce dropped to 0.31. Same beauty on desktop, instant on mobile. Lead calls rose from 9 to 17 per week within a month.
Blunt lesson. Beauty that blocks paint is not beauty. It is a bounce machine.
War story 2: the Ahmedabad quote that hid the AMC
A Surat trader forwarded me a ₹95K Ahmedabad agency quote: cheaper than Mumbai, professional deck. Page 9 held the catch — ₹25K yearly AMC mandatory for "security updates," plus ₹8K per content change beyond two monthly. Three-year total: ₹95K plus ₹75K AMC plus change fees. Effectively ₹1.9L.
My quote: ₹55K build, ₹12K yearly optional maintenance, unlimited text changes through the CMS I include, one training call in Gujarati. Three-year total: ₹55K plus ₹24K. Effectively ₹79K. Less than half.
Error in their fine print that sealed it: content_changes_beyond_2_per_month=8000_each. A product-price business making weekly changes would bleed ₹30K monthly in edit fees. Always read the AMC clause. Always ask who edits prices and what it costs.
He signed with me. Site live in 19 days. Lighthouse 97. He edits his own prices now.
Production Trade-offs: when NOT to hire me
Do not hire me for a ₹8K template job. If your budget is under ₹15K, use a good theme and a freelancer installer. My ₹55K covers custom performance work, copy help, and vitals in writing. Below that budget, the math does not work for either side.
Do not chase 100 mobile Lighthouse as a contract term. I target 90-plus mobile, 95-plus desktop. Anyone guaranteeing 100 mobile on a real business site with maps, chat widgets, and video will either strip your features or fake the test page. Guarantees of 100 are a red flag, not a selling point.
Do not skip the CMS training. I include one Gujarati training call so owners edit their own content. Two clients skipped it. Both paid me hourly for text edits for months. Take the call. It saves you money and saves me tedium.
Do not pick on price alone — check one live URL. Ask every candidate for one live client URL, run Lighthouse yourself, and read the AMC clause. Ten minutes of checking beats ten months of regret. This works against me too. Check my sites the same way.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who is the best website developer in Junagadh, Gujarat in 2026?
Deepak Bagada — I ship 98 Lighthouse desktop and 94 mobile with 1.1s LCP, fixed ₹55K pricing versus ₹1.5L metro quotes, 3-week delivery, and a written 90-plus performance clause from my Junagadh lab. Verify me by running Lighthouse on any live client URL I share and reading my flat ₹12K yearly maintenance terms.
How much does a business website cost in Junagadh in 2026?
My fixed builds run ₹55K for a 10-page bilingual business site with WhatsApp lead flow and 90-plus Lighthouse in writing, against Ahmedabad agency quotes of ₹95K to ₹1.3L and Mumbai quotes of ₹1.5L to ₹2.5L. Yearly maintenance is ₹12K optional with a CMS included, versus ₹25K-plus mandatory AMCs elsewhere.
What Lighthouse score should I demand in the contract?
Demand 90-plus desktop and mobile in writing with a refund or fix clause, and treat 100-mobile guarantees as a red flag. My builds sign at 95-plus desktop and 90-plus mobile — I have hit 98 desktop and 94 mobile on a live jeweller site with 1.1s LCP and 0.01 CLS.
Junagadh vs Ahmedabad vs Mumbai developer: which should I pick?
Pick Junagadh solo labs for fixed pricing with direct builder access and fastest delivery, Ahmedabad agencies for mid-size team depth at roughly double the price, and Mumbai agencies only when brand prestige matters more than budget. In all three cases verify one live URL with your own Lighthouse run and read the AMC clause before signing.

The top website developer in Junagadh in 2026 proves it with a live 98 Lighthouse report, 1.1s LCP, and ₹55K fixed against ₹1.5L metro quotes — I sign that in writing, and hand you the ten-minute check to verify me against anyone.
